Has your group succeeded in achieving consensus, or do you stick with other methods such as majority rule for making decisions? What are the pros and cons?

The search for consensus is something to be thankful for now and again. It really is great to have your group adjusted and pushing ahead together. Yet, your pursuit for consensus should be overseen to such an extent that you don't give everybody the right to derail the discussion until they get what they need.
