Why do they go to seed so fast? I read the vernalization section of your book, which explained what happened to my spring starts, but the same thing happened with my winter starts. I started the seeds in pellets July 31 and planted them out on September 3. Other than the Pac Choi, the rest went straight to flower within a week or two. The weather at that time doesn't seem to fit the vernalization explanation. Help!
