No Impact Experiment
Ready to wash your clothes in your left over shower water? What will Colin Beavan, the No Impact Man, challenge us to do if we sign up for his No Impact Experiment ?
The No Impact Experiment will be launched by The Huffington Post on October 18th. It is a chance for you to see what a difference no-impact living can have on your quality of life. Complete with a how-to manual that will provide tips and tools for lessening your environmental impact and online forums for photos and stories this feels a little bit like reality TV - but probably a lot more fun.
For those of you who may still be skeptical that "Yes, sometimes less is more", I recommend reading Cecile Andrews and Wanda Urbanska's recent book by the same title Less is More: Embracing Simplicity for a Healthy Planet, a Caring Economy and Lasting Happiness
It will be the perfect thing to read during your no impact week.
I have to go now to register for the No Impact Experiment. Will you join me? During my no impact week I will be posting my experiences here on the blog. Please send me your comments in the feedback section below (at least, on the days you are using an electronic device!)
