You can order safely and securely online by clicking the  button on any book page. Your credit card will never be charged until your books are shipped. We regret that we can no longer ship online orders overseas due to prohibitive shipping charges.

| For USA and Canada: $5.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item. Allow 7 to 10 business days. Orders to U.S. destinations are shipped via UPS. For other arrangements please call 1-800-567-6772 ext 111.

| New Catalyst Books are special order and ship from a different location in the U.S. U.S. shipping is $5.00 for the first title and $1.00 for each additional New Catalyst title, calculated separately from regular New Society books.

Returns Policy

| This Returns Policy applies to items ordered from our online store (http://www.newsociety.com).

| If we made an error in shipping an item to you or if an item arrived in damaged or defective condition you may call our Toll Free number (1-800-567-6772 ext 111) and we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you. If requested by us, you must return the original item to us and we will refund you any shipping costs.

| In all other cases, if you wish to return an item that was bought from our online store you must first call our Toll Free number (1-800-567-6772 ext 111) to arrange the return. We will only accept returns within 30 days of delivery to you. Only items bought with a credit card can be returned. Refunds will only be made for items that are returned to us undamaged, unmarked and in original condition. Once we have received the item from you we will refund the purchase price of the item, less any shipping costs, to your credit card.

Notes:
- Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
- The return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from New Society Publishers. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online, or retail store.
- Due to the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept eBook returns.
- Please allow ten business days after receipt of a return for the refund to be appear on your credit card.
